After 3 years of significant growth, GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is strengthening its management team and welcomes Nicolas Mathieux, Managing Partner, to pursue its development in Switzerland. In addition to the commercial development and management of a team of experts, Nicolas will be responsible for the deployment of the innovative solutions of GXP CONSULTING Switzerland.

Nicolas Mathieux served the UCB Group in Belgium, Switzerland, the United States and Japan where he successively managed the solid, liquid and sterile formulation plant, then chemical, and finally packaging plants. Eventually, he became supply chain director of the main production site of the group including its subcontractors plants. With this experience, Nicolas has evolved at the global level of the group for the deployment of SAP in manufacturing and commercial sites.
The Baxter group recruited him in 2008 to take over the medical devices activities of the Belgian site where he successfully deployed an ambitious program to improve quality and customer service while reducing cost.

Prior to joining GXP CONSULTING SWITZERLAND, Nicolas created and successfully developed The Biotech Quality Group Switzerland SA and gained the confidence of both industry leaders and several start-ups and SMEs.
Nicolas Mathieux owns a master degree in civil engineering from the University of Liège specialized in medical engineering.
