About the job:

You are accountable for generating business and managing your own P&L
You develop new businesses for GXP CONSULTING Switzerland via various lead generation channels and you develop existing business relations with existing customers
You manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process: initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing
You continuously recruit, interview and match candidates to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needs
You act as a leader to build and grow your own team of consultants, including career and personal development
You implement strategies to grow the assigned market segments
You ensure that deliverables are compliant with client's expectations and business profitability/objectives
You develop and manage key relationships with clients to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on account activity.

About you:

You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics with a good understanding of Engineering or a degree in Engineering/Life Sciences with a keen interest in active business development
Previous experience in a B2B service provider industry is mandatory together with outstanding hiring and staffing skills
You possess significant experience in the Life Science industry and your industry-specific expertise helps you understand the project requirements and to identify the technical skillset necessary for a targeted customer support
You possess excellent negotiation, collaboration, and team-building skills
You are an effective communicator and speak fluent German and English
You like to be challenged, you achieve and even go beyond your objectives
